Bottom Line: Play it! Fallout 2 is one of the best turn-based strategy games for the PC. It can be played so many different ways. You can make your character a strong melee character or a marksman. You can barter with people for items that you need or you can sneak around and "lift" them from their pockets. Variety is half the fun.
The other half is the amazing combat system. Strategy plays a big part in the battles, as do the attributes you chose for your character at the beginning of the game. You can also get NPC's that help you out, each with their own fighting styles. Fallout 2 is a great game and a must-play for any turn-based strategy or general RPG. It's really gory and vulgar, but you can turn that off if you can handle it. Learning Curve: Takes a while
