In Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance, characters have two unarmed martial arts styles and one weapon-based style, which they can switch between with the push of a button. It also includes a "Krypt," where the player can buy things like outfits, hidden characters, and neat extras with Koins earned in regular play and in Konquest Mode. Konquest Mode is another new addition, offering a tourial for all the moves for each character. Also, the game includes 11 new characters.
