Zelda Online
From the developers of Headware Studios, We give you Zelda Online!
Highly inspired by "Zelda: A Link To The Past" (LTTP) made by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System and released in 1991 (japan) and 1992 (Europe & America).
The game will have its own feel to it, mixed with the gameplay of A Link to the Past.
You wont be running around as Link, trying to save Zelda from some Ganon, But instead, You will live the life of a normal person set in the world of Hyrule, Aiming to become the next hero~.
You will still have equipment and items such as the Hookshoot, Swimming Flippers, Sword and Shield etc etc..
You will still be able to go out and kill monsters in the world, collect rupees, items and enter caves, temples and castles to solve puzzles.
The game will focus mainly on teamwork for Temples, Caves and Castles, making them a Party "Instance", meaning that you NEED to have a party of a set size (most likely 4) to enter the area, Sovling puzzles and taking down the final boss with your party in the area.
This description is still just a concept of what we want to achieve with this game, it may change with time & ideas.
The game is still under development.
Coded in BlitzMAX.
It is confirmed for Windows,
With a high probability to be released for MAC and Linux as well, but we can't say for sure at this stage.
Stay tuned for more info! - ZO Team.

3D Won, I think..So, i guess we're going for 3D after all..
Can't say for sure thou, things can always happen on the way.
But so far, we've gotten a better FPS after switching from 2D to 3D,
Everything just seem easier and the possibilities are even more.
A lot of people might be dissapointed over this decision, I was (Zethell).
But after looking at it all, It actually made sense..
If you are dissapointed, Then i suggest you go watch the Phantom Hourglass Trailer on YouTube, Imagine it with A Link To The Past Graphics style, Gameplay and being Online!

We started thinking about how we should continue with this project..Making it pure 2D (LTTP Style) or 3D (Phantom Hourglass style + 2D)
We still havent decided upon anything, but we have reached the point where we have to decide upon 2D or 3D.
