Blast Miner
Blast Miner is a physics based action strategy game where you use TNT, gas cans and stones to cause huge explosions to dig through the earth. It's awesome, seriously just play the demo or watch some gameplay movies. Explosions people! You can't go wrong with that.

Blast Miner is a game by Alex Austin, co-founder of Chronic Logic (the company behind GISH and Bridge Construction Set). In Blast Miner you have a few game modes to choose from; puzzle, arcade, and versus.
In the puzzle mode you have a budget you get to spend on explosives and other materials to get one or more blocks of gold through an exit (marked with arrows). You can set up your materials and sparks (which predictively spark explosions) and then click "Test" to see how well your setup does. Either you succeed, and the gold gracefully flies through the air and into the goal, or you fail, and you get to tweak your explosions, timers and placing of blocks. The puzzles come in four difficulties ranging from easy to expert.
In the arcade mode you are presented with a Tetris (GB)-like game, but unlike tetris, where you need to neatly stack neat blocks to get neat lines, you need to place gas cans, TNT and cement blocks, and smash blocks together to make explosions. Your goal is to make such explosions that the blocks of gold which are buries in the dirt fly up and into your gold collector. The dirt at the bottom of the screen rises every now and again, so you need to keep up the explosions to keep it rising to the top of the screen and destroying your gold collector, which would make you lose the game. Also, unlike Tetris, you can freely move around the current block, moving it up and down and side to side, something that is important when smashing blocks together, you need a fair amount of speed to set off an explosion.
The versus mode is basically a two-player version of the arcade mode.
