Blocks is about red and blue blocks struggling to capture various flags scattered around the map. These blocks are, however, quite dumb and only follow arrows placed on the map and it is the player's duty to realign these arrows to direct the block to the flags to win.
To spice up the game blocks can pick up special powers such as a boost in speed or the ability to remove opposing blocks.
