CyberPsi is a trading card-based computer strategy game. Therefore, the types of cards that constitute your playing decks help to determine your ability to effectively perform certain tasks in the game at certain times.

There will be 425 different card illustrations available in the first release of CyberPsi. Among other things, cards represent agents, groups, equipment, locations, events, modifiers, and information.

Start Modules

When you purchase a start module for the game, you receive starter decks for two of six faction groups. Initially, the starter decks module will be a Cyber-PSI combination. Subsequent starter deck module combinations will include: a Cyber-MegaCorp combination, a PSI-MegaCorp combination, a Dynast-Bent combination, etc. You will be able to select exactly which combination you wish to purchase and play.

Module Plug-Ins

The initial starter deck combination will contain a predetermined number of rare, infrequent, and common cards that are assigned at random, based on card function and rarity from the overall pool of over 500 playing cards. Additional module plug-ins can be purchased at a later time, should you wish to add additional randomized cards to your library of digital cards.

Part of the strategy of playing the game is in first planning out and creating themed playing decks from the available cards in your card library. By using a themed deck against a particular type of enemy organization, the cards that you put into play are better able to work in conjunction with one another, thus making you more effective. Your agents will have a better chance of being prepared to complete actions and missions, and to thwart agenda.

Players who log into the game web site will be able to trade their digital cards with one another.
