Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is the latest title in the Star Wars-series. It takes place in the unexplored time between Episode III and IV.

The player takes control of an apprentice to Darth Vader and heads out on a quest to extinguish the Jedi Knights. The journey goes to places like Kashyyk, home of the Wookiees, the junk planet Raxus Prime and a TIE-fighter facility.

Force Unleashed will allow new ways of combining the four basic Forces: Push, Lightning, Grip and Repulse. The website mentions the ability to push enemies through walls, lift them into the air with Grip, fry them with Lightning and drop them like a bomb.

LucasArts has put state of the art technologies into the game. It will be the first game ever to feature the Digital Molecular Matter from Pixelux and euphoria behavioral simulation from NaturalMotion Ltd as an addition to the Havok Physics engine. This will allow items and NPC's to act like in a real world scenario. Glass will shatter like glass, wood like wood and humans will move and act like humans.
