Motorcycles. Mayhem. Murder.

One minute you're on the road, riding. Then some guy in a suit comes along, says he's got a deal for you and your gang. But when you come to, you've got a lump on your head, the law on your back, and a feeling that the road you're on is about to get a lot rougher...

Oh, I loved this game so much. Well, everything until the bike-riding action sequence. I was cursing the developers during that.

Who else remembers the electric bunnies and the minefield? A truly inspired solution.

Probably my favourite game of all time. The story is a little short but what a ride!

I have no trouble getting this game to work on WinXP, although I have the more recent release of the game (in a DVD case) rather than the original.

I'm glad the sequel was cancelled because, as Jake said, it never looked like it had a clear direction. The cartoon "Pixar" animation style is not how I want to remember the series and I often wondered if the story/script would be "cartoonised" too. Strangely, the original chunky VGA graphics fitted the gritty atmosphere of the game.

Awesome game. I keep a DOS box around for playing games like this. I am happy that the sequel was canceled as I think it would had shadowed down the original as well, at least for "new players" (whoever still owns a DOS box and tries out new games). Fond memories...

Been struggling to get Full Throttle to play nice with XP. Much like MechWarrior 2, it's one of those titles that misses 95/98.

Total classic, this.

This is one of my favorite games of all time, up towards the very top with Super Mario Bros. 3 and Monkey Island 2. Such good writing, art direction, story pacing, cinematography, atmosphere. Too bad some of the puzzles are completely inane (kicking the brick when the valves all line up? what?), but that doesn't really get in the way of the pure awesome that is Full Throttle.

And yep, there was a sequel in development a couple years ago - "Full Throttle: Hell on Wheels" - but it got cancelled (possibly for the best, since from what little was shown it looked to be a mess, but who knows really?)

Quite simply the only adventure game I have ever loved.
