GearHead is a science-fiction post-apocalyptic anime roguelike/crpg, with mecha, guns, and extreme customization. Mecha can be customized with more parts, and design files are human-readable. Three dimensional turn-based strategy, open source, and plenty of game-play with randomly generated plots.
