The sequel to JUMP SUPER STARS, this game features over 300 characters from 41 Shonen Jump manga series although only about 50 characters are fully playable. Players create a page out of 20 "koma" (comic panels) using characters varying from 1-8 koma sizes to represent their team as they do battle against the AI or other players. The game features a limited single-cart download and multi-cart Wi-Fi multiplayer.

The game is developed by Ganbarion. This game was released in Japan on Novermber 23, 2006 and unlikely to be released overseas due to licensing issues.
