Knytt is a very atmospheric game with a strong emphasis on gameplay over action and violence elements. The music sets a very casual but wonderous feel to the game which is very appropriate for the game's premise: explore the world to find the missing pieces of the space ship you crash landed in. Another thing that really adds to this game is the art direction which is very simple yet vibrant and interesting and gives the games a very unique feel. The gameplay is verry solid and is based on the run/jump model with the ability to climb up walls as well as scale down them. The thing that makes this game so good is the fact that it effectively creates it's own, unique feel with the music and the visuals and then takes those elements and adds some great gameplay as well. I highly recommend this game for anyone looking to play an indie-work of art.
