This game reminds one of "Pitfall!" by its graphics which are small and blocky--but that's one of the perfect elements of the game. Truly screenshots don't capture what it's like to see the minimalistic approach in action. It's ambiance is breathtaking--sound included!

While I played this game second after the later game, "Knytt Stories," by the same developer, I found this game offered a unique experience from what I was expecting and that the two couldn't be compared.

Unfortunately, the game's replay value is more along the lines of "I think I might revisit 'Knytt' again today. . . ." after a fairly significant leave.
