In Lure, you play Diermot a young peasant. While making money as a beater in the king's hunting party, Diermot gets caught up in the king's effort to vaquish a rebellion. However, this is no normal rebellion, an apprentice sorceress named Selena has summoned inhuman mercenaries, the Skorl, and taken over the village of Turnvale. During the battle Diermot falls from his horse and loses consciousness, when he comes to he is in a dungeon in Turnvale. This is where the game begins, and you have to figure out how to save the day, and rid Turnvale of the Skorl and Selena.
Lure of the Temptress is a point-and-click adventure game, the first game released by Revolution Games. It was also the first game to use their "Virtual Theatre" system, which allows non-player characters walk around and interact with each other freely.
