The New Satan Sam is a linear platform game where you have to stop an army from taking over your land. You run through 120 levels gathering weapons and items and clearing each level of enemies.

The story is disposable as frantic action takes over, it plays similar to Metal Slug in speed and difficulty. There are many levels, big bosses at the end of each world and a few secret items dotted around the world.
