Shotgun Debugger is a two-dimensional action game played from an overhead perspective. You assume the role of a computer "hacker" trying to escape imprisonment in a strange complex inhabited by militant robots.

The game uses standard first-person-shooter WASD controls and the mouse can be used for precise aiming. The player can utilize six weapons against four types of deadly mechanical combatants, and
gameplay stretches over eight levels.
