Shattered Dreams: Frozen Hell is a PC game currently under development by Zine Tech. The game is expected to be released on July 10th, 2008 and users will not have to pay to play it.

The game is a 3D online RPG based in an alternate universe. The exact story line has yet to be released at this time.
