Sonic Invaders
In the beginning of the 22nd century alien invaders attacked the earth, but they were not as we imagined. The most effective way of defense was by using sonic pulses. Defensive turrets were placed on the surface of the earth to counter their attack.
The war was lost, but this is the story of that war.

More about Sonic Invaders
Sonic invaders is an audiogame. This means there are no graphics, the only output from the game is through your headphones. You control the game with your keyboard.
You control a defensive turret, positioned somewhere on earth to repel alien invaders. You have seven sonic cannons and a shield. The seven cannons fire in different direction, and you have one key for each cannon. X, C, V, Space, N, M, and ',' shoot from +90 degrees to -90 degrees, letting you cover the full 180 degrees in front of you.
As aliens move towards you, you will have to listen carefully to hear from which direction they are coming, and shoot with the correct sonic cannon. Note that the cannons have a reload time, so mashing all fire buttons as soon as you hear an enemy might work at the very first levels, but will quickly become an impossibility.
The game comes with in-game instruction on how to play, as well as a training mode to let you get used to the controls.
