Strange Attractors
Strange Attractors was created for a 'One Switch' competition, a competition where the goal is to create a game controlled with just one button.
By pressing the spacebar, you activate the gravity drive of your craft and create an attractive force between yourself and the other objects in the game. Your goal is to sling and bounce yourself from the bottom of the level through the portal at the top.

In Strange Attractors you control a spaceship which you have to move continually upward through levels. Each level has an entry point at the bottom where you start, and a portal at the top where you have to get through. To get from start to finish all you have is one button which activates the gravity force and makes your ship move toward other objects.
Gravity functions on the inverse squared law which in very simple terms means that the closer you are to something, the bigger pull it will have, but that the gravitational force dissapears to a large extent fairly quickly. This is important to keep in mind as you slingshot yourway upwards past small and large objects in a level.
The contains 50 levels, and the only thing that will stop you (apart from hitting Escape) is when your timer runs out. The timer continues to tick down all the time, but you can get extra time by completing levels and squishing the spacement that float around. You lose extra time if you bounce into bombs and similar.
