Set in the distant future Sunspots tells the story of an invading alien race that threatens the existence of all mankind. Now one squadron of advanced fighter pilots must stop them from making their push to destroy the world.

Inspired by Starfox players choose which ship to pilot and then follow a set flight path taking down enemies along the way. At times the game will switch to an all-range mode for more freedom of mobility. The game's campaign will be built with 2 player co-op in mind so two players can join up online or split-screen. There will also be a versus multiplayer mode.
