You haven't lived until you've accidently stabbed a man in the heart with a huge shard of glass. And then sewn his arm to his chest.

I haven't had much time to play this yet, but it is very cool, definetly not a style of gameplay I'm used too. The controls are very easy with the wii-mote, the most difficult I would say would be selecting the tools with the analong stick on the nunchuk.
