The Adventures of Willy Beamish
Welcome to the terminally cute, seriously warped world of Willy Beamish. You'll face neurotic yuppie parents, teachers pushed over the edge, a ghostly grandfather back from the grave, the baby-sitter from hell, a pet jumping frog on steroids and a plot to blow the city's sewer system sky high. It's chaotic, it's juvenile, it's definitely deranged and you're gonna love every minute of it.

Plot
Willy Beamish is just a young kid who wants to cause trouble, have fun, and has dreams of entering the Nintari (his favorite game system) National Championship. However, he has a lot of obstacles standing in his way. He got detention on the last day of school, his sisters are a pain, and his dad just got fired from his job. Willy's dad gets a job with the Tootsweet company, and Willy soon stumbles upon a plot by the company to take over the town. It is Willy's job to save the town and become a hero.
Gameplay
Willy Beamish takes place over the course of four days, with certain events happening on each day that you must help Willy get through. These tasks range from getting out of detention, to fighting off his vampire baby-sitter, to saving his dad and the town from the bad guys.
There is a great degree of freedom and choice to what you are allowed to do during the game. When you start out in detention, you can either wait it out, or find out a different method to sneak out early. If you try to sneak out you can be caught, but if you make it home late you can't snag your bad report card before your parents see it. If they do see your report card, your Trouble-O-Meter will raise. If you do too many bad things and your meter gets too high, you will be sent to military school which ends the game. Other actions that can get you in trouble include crashing your dad's model trains or pushing your little sister all so hard she flies off of the swing set.
Although Willy Beamish is a kid and the game looks like a cartoon, there is some adult humor thrown into it (See: Willy's pet frog "Horny"). Also, some of the puzzles in the game were ridiculously hard. One example is a puzzle toward the end of the game where you must sneak by a chef without being noticed. Willy Beamish is a hilarious game from the now non-existent adventure game genre.
