Great Games Badges are provided for each user and game on GreatGamesExperiment.com. These badges are a great way to share your game or your gamer identity on other web sites around the net. For users, when you make a change to your profile, such as changing your profile image or Quote/Motto, or mark a new game as played, your badge will be automatically updated to reflect these changes. For a game, when the rating or views change enough, new badges will be processed to reflect the updated statistics.

Note: Badges may take up to one hour to reflect changes.

To share your badge on another web site (such as MySpace, your blog, or a forum), simply navigate to the profile page for the item which you wish to share. In the sidebar, a "Great Games Badge" section will appear, accompanied with a preview of the badge as well as the code to "Embed on Your Site". Select this code and copy (Ctrl+C). Paste the code into the template for your site and the badge will appear.

There are three sizes of badges that come standard with each profile. The filenames of these badges is created using the pixel size of the badge itself. The three sizes are:

180 width x 135 height -- gge180x135.png
300 width x 140 height -- gge300x140.png
400 width x 56 height -- gge400x56.png
