The Widget Whitelist is the formal list of widgets provided by third-parties and external web services that we have approved for usage on GreatGamesExperiment.com. Ranging from multimedia to inward flow of syndicated content, these widgets have been surveyed for quality and usefulness throughout our site. Below, find a directory of accepted widgets and how to include them on your profile utilizing GGE Code.

Google Gadgets

Portion of the code provided for embedding the module after "url=" leading to the following quotation. On the Google Gadget directory, a "Add to your webpage" button is presented for each module. After clicking this button, a "Get the Code" button is displayed at the bottom of the preview for the module. A text box then appears with a line of code starting with the words: src="http://gmodules.com/ig/ifr?url=". The next portion of the code, leading up to the following quotation mark, is the url.

The unique identifier of the video you wish to embed. When viewing a video on Google Video, the unique identifier of the video is presented in the link of the URL address bar, i.e. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-2186262306858602845. In this instance, the -2186262306858602845 represents the filename

Slide.com Slideshow

[slideshow=channel{,align,size}]
channel

The unique identifier of the slideshow you wish to embed. Slide.com refers to unique slideshow identifiers as channels. This value is defined when you select "Get the Code" after creating a slideshow. The channel will show up as "...channel=216172782117938630&site...". In this instance the value 216172782117938630 is the channel.
