About Me: I'm an aspiring game designer currently enjoying the University of Abertay Dundee's Computer Games Technology degree course.
Gaming Tastes: I tend to play role-playing games, action/adventure, strategy/tactical games, puzzlers, old-school platformers and a whole ton of eccentric, unheard-of games. I am quite Japanophilic in my tastes. Anything unique, polished and fun catches my eye. I have not played many first-person shooters because I prefer the third-person perspective. I played my first game at the age of 2 or 3, and it was Super Mario Bros. on the NES.
Game Development: I'm interested in both the arts and the sciences of game development. I am keenly interested in game design, and I see that there is a lot of potential in games which has not yet been taken advantage of. I hope to change that. I am fluent in several programming languages, including C++, Visual Basic, PHP and a little SQL.
Random Stuff: A self-styled polymath. Enjoys playing video/computer games, reading novels, comics and manga, watching anime, most things from the 90's and napping. Lover of the English language. Semi-anti-iPod. 50% Caucasian, 50% Chinese, but no one call tell. Lives in Scotland, but not Scottish - lived in Singapore for the first 18 years of his life.
