Produce, write musicHarder than PlannedGame started out as a small indie project but "evolved" or even better the beast grew too fast. Too much time lost on technology, too little time on gameplay (we are working to fix this :). Anyway at one time our work flow from modeling package to engine lasted half an hour, we reduced that to seconds, and with some confidence now I can state that the tools and work flow are one of the most important things in achieving your goals as a game developer, so when you design the game just have the time to design the tools.
