I like Science Fiction, Mechs, Rail guns (or any other physics based electric powered weapons), Star Wars, Battletech, and GearHead. I also enjoy writing (though game design is a bit too difficult for me, even with GameMaker). I love RPG's, and my least favorite games are puzzles (generally). In a game, I look for physics, shiny stuff (though in moderation, balanced with lap-top level system requirements. I am insane to the point of using wireless and land-line cable internet in conjunction. I like speed. I also like flying games, generally physics/giant robot based (preferably with some difficulty and foes/gunfire/obstacles to avoid/blow up). I also have a love for music, preferably dramatic, (think GRAW 2/O Fortuna [Carmina Burana]) heavy metal (though more moderate, think of bands like Kutless or Disciple), or classical. I enjoy games with customization of giant robots/spacecraft/vehicles/super-soldiers and load out, and overwhelming numbers (though not overwhelming difficulty). I also sympathize with independent game developers, having a (terrible) streak of attempted game development. My favorite webcomic is Irregular Webcomic! Check it out! (Link at bottom of page)
Recently, I have become a fanboy of F@NBOY$, a gaming comic. Hilarious, realistic, and with plenty of Jack Thompson insults. While I am a Christian myself, and I really don't believe in taking dirt-shots, and I automatically mark-down ultra-violent games, I really think that Jack Thompson is pulling a crusade on free speech.

Be sure to try GearHead!

My avatar is a GearHead character portrait.

I have a Morrowind mod, Arg Domurg, released. 100 levels of dungeon crypt. Link below.

I enjoy Tribes 2, and I have a strategy for Team Hunter known as rocket hunting. Take the rocket launcher, and anyone who jets is a target. Works in Tribes 2 Classic. Will annoy other players. Bots are fine targets, though. If you use it, turn voice-chat off to avoid harsh language. On maps where your foes have to fly, it works better. I reccomend the unofficial map "Dome Arena" for this.

I am currently available for writing for projects. I am an amateur, but I do do some writing. Don't expect too much, but it could be good. I will write anything "clean" (no heavy language or anything else other than stylized violence), and up to a PG-13 movie rating (in my opinion). Just write me. I'll do it for free/a kudo. (Credit me so I can put it on my resume!)

Tell me if any of my videos have bad language in them, as I may have missed it.

I host the CGC servers for Starsiege: Tribes. Feel free to go there. Has the Spoonbot and Renegades mods.
The public server is dedicated, and should be up as long as my computer is up (I'm gonna put it in startup tasks, so if my computer crashes or restarts, it will start up again, assuming I log on.) It's down for now. Can't get a good hosting environment.

I am in the Mythos Beta, and I will give out invites at random, to friends first, then to strangers. To request, write a 200-word essay explaining why you wish to be in the Mythos beta. This will get you 5 slots. Anything less gets you 1 slot. I will use a d(slots) system to determine who gets it. All my friends get 2 times as many slots. You probably won't get into my friends list, by the way.

CGC stands for Christian-Gaming-Club. We're non-exclusive (just ask for private passwords), and we just try to have a blast. We used to have a Tribes RPG server, but I had to re-install Tribes. I don't have a Tribes 2 key, being a post-2004 player (I got Starsiege: Tribes shortly after it was released for free. I did not have a GameSpy account until after the promotion). Stop by and have fun. The bots should amuse you, even if nobody is there. I go by WinsuDrako in game.

EDIT: Down until further notice. My notebook PC didn't like hosting them for very long. Maybe soon.

Here is a list of games that rule.
Mecha with total customization, Anime graphics, and more! Plasma rifles for everyone!
One of my favorite video games. I need no other.
My first roguelike. I don't play it very often, but I still like it.
The music and gameplay in this game come together to rock.
Tolkienian dungeon goodness.
Tribes 2 is a way of life.
Dungeons and Ridge Runners! Need I say more?
The classic video game. Minus maybe TES: Arena, which is now outdated and has many flaws.

My Favorite Fictional Characters

Roguelikes I have played (though not always marked as played).
Plain fun, killing, adventuring, turn-based action. Don't believe me?
A less serious roguelike for less serious times.
My personal favorite, though not a true roguelike anymore, quite fun, and roguelike core elements can be seen.
The original, and to many, the best.
I like Moria, very Tolkien inspired name.
Incredibly time consuming.
Everything is possible in roguelikes. This is a good example.
Having played many *bands through the years, you can always tell the influence of this classic.
Hard. Harsh. Fun, if you like dying. Still, for an expert...
When your friends are gone, your internet is down, and you need an RPG.
Okay, I wrote a review on this, but I will summarize it like this: Time Vacuum.
Take in science-fiction, fantasy, and action, merge them with a RPG, and if you like being a lone hero versus the alien hordes, take it in Extra. If you like a party, go with story.
Wrote a review on it, but can be summarized as: Replay.
Read the review I wrote on it, great replay, great graphics, 'nuff said.
Okay, this and LoA are huge, you can get them together, and I have logged over 100 hours on each (LAN multiplayer), and haven't beaten either through the single-player campaign.
Replay, real jobs (performer, sewer cleaner, pilot, etc.), survival, big guns, mecha. All I need to say,
My first Battletech game. Enough said. A massive destruction rampage for the more discerning gamer. I love the 'Mech customization and the politics. Die you Steiner dogs! (Or Clanners)
Look why I love MechWarrior 4. Take out the politics, add in random map generation. These play extremely similar.
Boost! Boost! Boost! Fast paced machine-gun, rocket, plasma gun, pulse gun, et cetera. Like the ability to fly.
My first game with any mechanical walkers. See Commander, K-Bots, and Krogoth (they are called Krogoth, right?).
Total Annihilation with polish, distributed freely. If you don't own TA, get the GPL version or buy TA.
I wrote a review on this game, but I will say some other words. This game is a great strategy game of Battletech, true to the original board game. Unbeatable for fans.
Mecha flying around blowing each other up, causing mayhem. I like going on foot with power-claws against mecha, like battle armors in Battletech, only without armor or squadmates. Also, I like the engineering and on-foot aspects as well.
This game is fairly hard and short in the campaign, but feels realistic and will blow away gamers. Great for realistic mech action.
Now, technically, this game is full of mecha. You fight them at every turn. From the everyday foes to the bosses, this game won't disappoint.
