| I actually bought Star Control II back in 1992 when it came out. Absolutely a rare gem in the gaming world. The game world is huge, and there's quite a good story involved. This version only makes it better by adding the voices and better graphics from the 3DO version of SC2. Star Control 1 was a lot of fun too in Melee mode. The story mode was pretty blah, and I barely even remember it, but we used to play together at school and try to see who could whip the most ass. :D Super-Melee in this one doubles the fun! | 1172998514 | |

| The physics on this game are INSANE! I have never seen a game before that actually had flexible tires. You can actually see tire roll when you go around turns and such. That's just one example of the level of detail these guys went to when creating this game. It has quite a learning curve, and it can be rather unforgiving, so you better learn to keep it on the track, or you're done. Yes it's difficult, and some people might be turned off by that, but if you can figure it out, there's a great deal of fun to be had. The graphics are great as well. Do not play this game with just a keyboard--you won't last long. You need a controller for those precise adjustments. | 1172996895 | |
| I remember this as one of the better games in the Need For Speed universe. You wouldn't think they could pack as much variety as they did into a game that only features Porsche cars, but seriously, this game has a LOT of cars. There are old Porsches and new ones, and the gameplay was WAY better than the newer arcade-fests that are in the series now. You could even damage your cars. I have the PC version. I never played it on PS1. This as well as High Stakes are two of my favorite NFS games. I wish EA would go back to the physics model of the older games. :( | 1172995471 | |
| This is hands down one of the very best adventure games ever created. I have played a lot of adventure games, but I'm also a huge fan of FPS, racing, flight, and other types of games. This game has an awesome story and a couple different endings. When it's all said and done, it leaves you with a feeling of, "whoa.. that was... wow." Awesome.
