And so it begins

Okay, I guess a brief Bio. would be in order.

I started life falling in love with movie making. At age 10, I was going to be a Director and Screenwriter. By 16, an effects wiz. Well after getting into the film and television business, spending 8 years designing and building special props, sets and effects, I figured I was up for some other challenge.

Multi-media (as it was called then) was something new and interesting, giving me an opportunity to develop design, animation and 3D design skills. But after... what is it now? - 13 years, and some awards, I'm finding myself looking for other challenges.

No, I've tried Art Directing, Creative Directing and Department... directing but it's not my cup of tea.

No, I figure there's something else out there.

Something that combines my love for movies, designing environments, animating, 3D design and interaction.

But what will it be?

What could it be?

Oh yeah! - Games

Okay, now what?

People of the Dawn - In Development

People of the Dawn is a Third/First Person perspective experience blended with Real Time Strategy control elements, allowing the player to manage her tribe as well as participate within the environment. The story and goal is simple: Man versus Nature or the elements. Simply put: Survival.

I've created a group for the game to focus and post updates for those interested.

Your job as a designer is to define the challenge in the game and then make that challenge as clear and precise as possible.

Lunar Lander

Play Flash Game It's Here! Retro fun. A traditional implementation of the classic Lunar/Jupiter Lander done in a day in Flash to understand physic scripting a bit better. Use the arrow keys to fire the rockets. There's only one level at the moment and some bugs.
