Will work for games...

Currently I am a co-founder of PushButton Labs where we are making an Open Source Flash game engine (PushButton Engine) and Flash games like Grunts: Skirmish. Before that I was co-founder of GarageGames and, before that, Dynamix a development studio for Sierra/Vivendi/Universal. Director, designer, or producer of over 70 titles including The Incredible Machine, Starsiege: Tribes, Trophy Bass, and the 3D Ultra line of family products. Here is my Wikipedia entry that I didn\\\'t even know existed until I needed to fill out this profile. Also, here is my Mobygames profile as well. I\\\'m a little older than the me in that picture now:)

Be sure to check out my blog, Make It Big In Games for more information about how to make a living in this crazy business. If you think it sounds cool to make games, then be sure to check out GarageGames or PushButton Engine to get the technology you need to make your game.

Outside of games I am in the process of starting Furrer Farms, a 200 acre organic farm. For fun, I ride motorcycles (Yamaha FZ-1 and YZ250F), play in a rock band Procrastinators, lift Olympic weights, and spend a lot of time with my family. You can see my personal blog at jefftunnell .

Awesome People

I have worked with tons of people over the years. Some of them have have had a huge impact on my life. They have taught me life lessons, delivered work products that were way above expectations, and generally made my life interesting.

Yeah, yeah. I know these are obvious, but you have to remember that I was around when these games first came to market. They were very non-obvious back then.
Yep, I worked on this one, but it is still a killer game.
Worked on this one too, but it continues to be one of my favorites, and still needs to be on this list.
I love adventure games. Lucasarts are some of the best, and inspired me to make Rise of the Dragon, Heart of China, and Willy Beamish.
Jon, Aaron, and I used to crank this up on our home LAN before multi-player was cool.
Once you start playing, you can't stop. Just one more click to see if those little dots (Sims) will do what you want.

OK, I get to be all sentimental again. A month or so ago, GarageGames pulled the original Torque Game Engine off the market. Now, they are pulling the name GarageGames itself off the market, and replacing it with Torque Technologies. I can’t disagree with the decision Brett Seylor, TT VP of ...

As announced today at PushButton Labs, we have acquired the full rights to The Incredible Machine! Although this happened several months ago, we waited on announcing it until the guys at Good Old Games could get it ready for sale, where they have a bundle Mega pack that includes four versions of TIM ...

Yesterday Brett Seyler of GarageGames posted a blog announcing the release of version 1.0 of Torque 3D, which is a $1000 updated version of Torque, with new rendering, tools, art pipeline, COLLADA support, etc. It looks awesome, and I know their world-wide team worked incredibly hard on the product ...

Warren recently blogged about this, and I thought it needed to be in GGE format.
As I spoke with folks at the Disney party, I started gushing to them about how M.U.L.E. was, and is, one of my favorite games.
