I've been in the games industry for about 17 years, starting as a developer and then moving into production. I've authored/co-authored two books on starting out with 2D programming, plus I write in the fantasy and self-help genres. Also, I'm a musician, a hack artist (real hack), cartoonist (also a hack), and an entrepreneur.

Career Summary
Started a GEnie in the online games division, working with folks like Kesmai and AUSI (now Mythic). Moved into Interplay for a while as a producer in their Engage Games Online break-off, and then became executive producer there for 2 years. Have since been working in the AOL Games department (8+ years now). Have my own games/games-tools dev biz as well, Krylar's Kreations
