Started www.oneswitch.org.uk in 2003, and quickly learnt that there were many others out there interested in this field.

Joined a group of like minded people at www.igda.org/accessibility and have since pushed for greater access for disabled gamers (i.e. anyone that can't play a game, for what ever reason).

Built some great ties with www.retroremakes.com where I have an Accessibility Angle forum to help developers build more accessible games. Some truly great games have come from some of the recent competitions there for disabled gamers. Nice.
