I'm a game programmer.
I've been using a lot of different programming languages and I have experience in many fields of programming. However, my main focus remains on game programming. As a hobby, I play piano and I create electronic music.

Programming background
Here's a quick description of my programming background. I'll start with programming languages I've worked with. Italics mean that either I've not worked a much with the language or I don't remember much :
Web : HTML, CSS, Javascript
Interactive : Flash's Actionscript 2.0, Director's Lingo
Server-side : PHP, Perl
Core : C, C++, C#, Basic, Python
I'm primarily developing in C++ and C#, so those are the languages I know best.
Here are the "core" programming fields I've explored. Game programming is implicit as it is the context in which I've been brought to work with these programming fields. Italics mean I've only scratched the surface of the topic :
Graphics : OpenGL, Direct3D 9, .NET Forms, XNA, MDX
Artificial Intelligence : Neural networks, Genetic algorithms, State machines
Input : DirectInput, WinAPI
Networking : Beckerley sockets, Winsock 2, TCP
Audio : OpenAL

This gamelist contains some of the best indie titles I've ever played.
Honestly if you can find a better space shooter than this, I would really like to know about it! Thsi game is so filled with action, humour, incredible music and graphics... I jut can't believe it!
I terms of indie platformers, no games can match Cave Story. It's pretty much like metroid, that means it's awesome!
As for multiplayer games, BaboViolent 2 is a must. Top-down shooter & freeware, lots of action and players from everywhere, numerous weapons, maps & themes, what can you ask more?
This game is really nice, everyone has got to try it at least once. Featuring original addicting gameplay, no one will be deceived.
This platformer is really interesting. It isn't based on challenges seen in most platformers, it features a ball in huge maps which you are free to discover by bouncing around. You can unlock new ball types with physical properties. This game really has an atmosphere.
This is a really nice little platformer. Very hard though, you have to be quite skilled.
