Ours is the age that is proud of machines that think and suspicious of men who try to.
I am a high school student who has been making (and of course, playing) games for pretty much my entire life. When I was five, I made board games. When I was 12, I made a Mario clone. In grade 10, I made a 3D shooter. Grade 11 I made "Forces", which is probably my best game.
I love playing games too, and frequently host and participate at LAN parties. I also just generally love technology.
Adventure is just bad planning.
My Thoughts on Games
Like Art, games are very subjective. I don't think there can be any one game that anyone and everyone can enjoy, simply because we're all different. Because of this, I approach making games similar to the way I approach art - I do what I feel is right.
When I produce Art, I don't think about what others might think. I simply do what I like. I do the same with games... to a certain point.
I recognize that my taste in games is not a reflection of the majority, but I still have the opinion that if I can't even enjoy my own game, it needs work. With almost every game I make, I put at least twice as much time into debugging, balancing, tweaking game play, and testing the game as I do coding and making it.
Although the only game I have submitted that I have made is Forces, I am a big supporter of open source games.

These are just a few games that came to my head as some that have left a lasting impression on me.
I played this game so much that i started dreaming about flak cannons.
Great multilayer fun!
This game captured my imagination like no other. For it's time, it's unbelievable.
