What RRGTS is about...

Really Really Good Things Studio began in December of 2004 out of a whim to do more than just mod HL/HL2 levels. We had messed around a bit with a basic edition of the A6 engine, and were planning on buying the Pro edition in Feb. of 2005.

Then we stumbled upon Garage Games and the Torque Game Engine. The expansive outdoor areas that could easily be made (in comparison to A6) hooked us.

The idea for Code Name: Monster Island orginated with my youngest son who was nine at the time. Though the overall premise has evolved in the last two years, the overall idea remains the same: something that I myself, my sons and their friends can claim as a game that they have been involved with in some manner or another. If it gets competed some day that would just be icing on the cake.
