A painless lesson is one without meaning

Hi all!

Some words about me

I started programming when I was 10 years old with Basic on my C64. Shortly after I got my first PC I learned Pascel and was impressed how much more powerfull it was. I wrote some simple games in it but never finished anything impressive.
Someday I decided to switch to C. I was working on a little jump 'n' run for some time. It reached a stable state but some features were missing.
I didn't finish it because I was spending more and more time with PhP, MySql and webdevelopment.
Due to my first job I was introduced to Java an OOP.

Since this time I fell in love with object orientation and currently I'm porting my C game to Ruby - the most beautiful language in the world :)

I hope I can show you a first demo of the game here in a few weeks.

Tinyball news

I can see the finish line ;) - 05.09.07

The game engine and the editor are finished.
Now I have to finsish the main menu and the editor gui.

When I have a little bit more time ad motivation I will add more vidoes. One with an updated level (same as the first one, but with coins) and a video showing how to use the level editor.

Good progress - 02.08.07

I'm making good progress. The game engine is about 90% finished. Currently I'm workling on the level editor which is about 80% finished.
As soon as I spiced up the editor I will upload a video showing how it is used.
The videos can be seen at the Tinyball profile

Game added - 27.07.07

I added my first game to the site: Tinyball

The profile of the game is here.
There you can see a video of the game and screenshots.
