I’m an old school gamer going back to the original pong you played on your TV. I’m also an old computer guy from the days of the TRS-80, monochrome screens and tape drives. Holy crap has things changed in 30 or so years. I wouldn’t go back though. I just feel privileged to have been here to watch it all evolve and get my hands dirty in all of it.

Back in 2006 I started producing and releasing Creative Commons licensed audio aimed at the podcast community. I have met with what I consider pretty decent success with more than just podcasters. I am about to make my 50th release and have no plans on stopping. You can check out my stuff at SeraphicPanoply.com.

So, why am I here? Pretty simple. GGE looked like a great place to meet like minded people who are either gamers or interested in making them. I played with web dev, regular dev and even a bit of game dev in DBPro. It’s fun, but unless I have a mission I see no point in coding for codings sake. I’ve come to enjoy working with and tinkering with audio though. And, thought how fun would it be to make audio for a game!

Feel free to contact me through my website if you are interested in working with me or have a quesiton you think I might be able to answer.

Career Summary

My current day-time job is managing support and assisting with development of my employer’s internet audio streaming division. It’s fun because no two days are exactly the same and I am constantly learning and trying out new things. Plus I get to work from home which is awesome!

My resume goes back to a paper route on Long Island back in the 80s. I’ve have a lot of different jobs since then. Most frequently you would find me working in the areas of computers and communications/broadcasting. I have been fortunate to win several professional awards for photography, graphic arts, journalism and even a team award for crisis media relations response. Go figure on the a last one.
