I'm an easygoing cat who takes to losing poorly, albeit not nearly as bad as in my earlier days (I don't throw controllers anymore, but I do shout expletives - often). I'm down with 2d Fighting, RPGs, and some Shooters (I can dig Halo 2, but most shooters I'm just not very good at). I play a lot more genres than that (RTS, TBS, 3d Fighters, Puzzle games, interactive novels, adventure games, various action games, as well as Shmups come to mind), but those previous genres are the only ones that I play multiplayer. RTS and Puzzle games in particular I refuse to play multiplayer, because as much as I like them, I suck hardcore at both of these genres.
Fall on your sword while you can, Evil...I won't be as gentle!
These are the games that I'm playing right now.
Best. Mecha Game. Evar.
Gundams + Dynasty Warriors = Epic Win. It's monotonous, but honestly, if you were expecting anything different, you wouldn't import this game, case closed.
This will be on the "Games I'm Playing" list for a LONG time. I stopped playing the Official Campaign when I found out they didn't have a special stronghold questline aligned towards rogues (even though they have questlines aligned towards monks, fighters, wizards, and the like), but I will still be playing new modules as they release.
The AI is MERCILESS. Still, they made a Bejeweled RPG, and it rocks.
What can I say about Guild Wars? I can say that I just started playing it again recently, and that I still need to beat the Nightfall campaign. I can say that the PvP is thoroughly entertaining, despite not even being in a PvP guild, keeping my PvP excursions to RA and ABs. But seriously, it's really all about getting shiny new armor so I look badass.
Okay, the demo gave a good impression of this game, which is basically a sequel to Total Annihilation with a zoom function, but it's actually REALLY fun, despite being generic as all hell otherwise.
