I aspire to become a great programmer with a wealth of knowledge and titles under my name.

I started programming when I was very little.

Life story cut short:

I learned to program using QBasic. I learned Pascal/Delphi during my early years at secondary school.

During my GCSEs I started learning C++ with OpenGL and DirectX. I ended up writing a simple screen saver sort of simulating the starfield screensaver, except that it looked more like a firework.

I played with my own webserver using Apache and PHP. Using PHP and MySql I wrote a simple reusable forum script for my own website.

I learned to use Javascript, Java and software development during my Software Engineering course.

Darkbasic, Java some more, C++ ( DirectX ) and an emulated assembly language during my first 2 years of my Games Programming course.

I'm currently on placement at a middleware games company in the north west of England using C++ on multiple gaming platforms.
