Like you, dear reader, I have a passion for games -- a raging, unquenchable thirst for alternative realities that may or may not inflict subliminal messaging in my easily tweaked brain, telling me that I should stand next to cars and press the great triangle button in the sky.

On those days when I'm not plagued with such thoughts, I also like to fancy myself as a programmer and tinker with either modding prior works or trying my hand at building things from the ground up. I'm somewhere past the "Hello World" stage, but I've only gotten so far as complicating the process of printing it out.

I have a keen interest with certain older styles of games, interactive fictions, and MUDs especially, being a part of that interest. I have some odd ideas about things to try with them, when I become better at the craft and capable of really working out how to implement them.
