To describe myself in four words: Innovative, Passionate, Aberrant, Interpersonal.

With earnest, I endeavor to create what hasn't and to re-innovate what has, to learn from my experiences, not from only the games themselves, but from those who create and those who play them.

Iced Projects
CRPG: working on a project with Em Dangla for their XNA engine.

- the Philippines team must contact me if they wish to continue on the project (story) of Flona. Otherwise, I hold full rights, I have G-Mail proof that I e-mailed the Philippines team the concept, which will hold in court. I do not wish to take this to court, but if I find that in the future I use the ACE concept and the story of Flona and the Philippine team (or whoever) claims they created it, I will sue to prove my rights to both objects. In addition to G-Mail, I have proof that I spoke with Em Dangla on this project (using both objects) from Yahoo Instant Messanger logs. Please contact me if you wish to reinstate this project.

- Project Status: though this project is on ice, Eric Miller and I will be working on it for our school project - using the objects in question - in our spare time.

Yea, it's a "side-effect" of the lack of interest GarageGames has with the GGE. :_(1196407362
LOL! I think it double-posted my kudo for you... :D1190005666
^_^ Also, for those that have private messaged me, I'll get to replying to them, but I'm still unpacking from the move, so I'll likely be an observer for a few days...at least until things start shaping up here. ^_^;1189875535

I miss what camaraderie we had... :_(1189308687

I do draw, but until I get my Cintiq (which I'm working on financing somehow... >_>) I won't have any online; to put it simple, allergies and (for example) raw wood (pencils and such) don't go well together... ^_^;; As for the 3D art, I'll be getting into that. I'm really excited about the possibilities and have many ideas that you'll (hopefully! ^_^) like to see within the next few years. Thank you for your kind words towards my writings! It means a lot. :D P.S. If you need help on a project (assuming I have time), let me know. :)1189107705
Looks promising, but be careful - look at PopCap Games for a reference as to how they do their games (I don't "worship" them, but they often do a good job - "Yay!" to Bookworm and Typershark). I like the idea of including support for the Wii, and the art is very crisp. Please attempt to add something that nudges the child further (example: Bookworm doesn't simply isn't a word game, but it has other modes) - unlike what 'Halloween Memory Match' did; don't get me wrong, I don't loath 'Halloween Memory Match', but it isn't doing the child justice. The way I see it, do your best and go beyond it if possible. Sure, it might not keep an adult entertained for hours on end, but at least maybe 5-15min (which isn't a bad goal, and the art can't be the only reason for playing, sorry). I see potential in the other game modes you haven't finished yet. God speed! ^_^1188879684
No problem. ^_^ Besides, it has been so long since I've seen the first episode that I forgot the exact details - at least that didn't detract from the overall debate (...though it really wasn't much of one, LOL). ^_^;;1188529399
I feel I need to add something that I forgot to add in my review: The reason I gave such a low rating is not that this is a horrible experience, but because of how the rating system is currently setup; since the rating system is setup for games - and not "interactive journeys" - I wasn't able to rate this appropriately. As a "interactive journey", I give this a 3.5/5, since there is room for improvement in the graphics (namely the volcano area looks a tad rough) and the auto-aim bullets detracts from the overall experience. As said already, I look forward to future installments of this (including an upgrade of this and future "interactive journeys"). <31188529209
To end the discussion about Pokemon, simply answer this question (which you can't): In what way is the trainer and pokemon a team? To reiterate (without the game's jargon), a person goes out into the wild and finds an animal and decides they want it - regardless of the intentions it is a horrible thing to do; by forcibly taking a animal and trapping it into a device to brainwash "its" mind to be more acceptable to do your bidding in today's world would be considered a crime (Animal Protection/Rights anyone?). Then the next thing you do with it is beyond horror, since you go out and have it fight for your own personal gain, to gather and collect badges to feed your ego. Now, where does the trainer get into this equation (aside from ordering the animal around)? It isn't a team effort, it is slavery. The most ethical presentation of this abuse is Ash (in the anime) where he actualy seems to love his Pikichu so much that he'll risk his life for it (ex: 1st movie); however, that still doesn't justify Ash's actions on brainwashing the Pikichu into wanting to be his pet (though correct me if I'm wrong, perhaps the only Pokemon that isn't brainwashed is Pikichu? *shrugs*). In the end, it all boils down to Ash telling/ordering his Pokemon to fight for his/the-peoples/other-pokemon behalf. -------- Now, to finish this debate, simply read my post in this thread: http://forums.greatgamesexperiment.com/thread/view/18861188520285
